The First Week Of The HCG DietThere is no doubt changing your diet, in order for you to lose weight, reducing calories etc, especially in the beginning of any diet, is really not easy. However I can assure you that it’s not as difficult as you may think. Some people find it challenging the first week of Phase 2 of the HCG Diet Protocol this is because it’s during the beginning stretch that your body will start to adjust to the lower calorie intake.
